The PrattMWP Resource Studio is available to all students for assistance with classes.
Services include:
- Writing assistance
- Testing and learning accommodations
- English as a Second Language for International Students
Students Requiring Learning Accommodations
Students who have a document learning disability are encouraged to seek the assistance of our Resource Studio Coordinator immediately upon arrival at PrattMWP. Please send any documents to the attention of the Resource Studio Coordinator as soon as possible.
Unlike K-12 education, in college students must become "self-advocates" for learning accommodation services. Therefore it is critical that you inform the Resource Studio Coordinator and your faculty of your specific learning accommodations.
The Resource Studio Coordinator can also assist in having learning disabilities documented. If you believe that you are struggling in class due to an undocumented learning disability, the coordinator will connect you with a local agency who can assess your learning style and help develop a plan appropriate to your needs.
