Terms of Payment
Bills are payable by personal or certified check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover payable to Munson-Williams-Proctor Institute.
Many parents who prefer to meet academic expenses out of monthly income, rather than in large cash payments, may make installment payment arrangements through the Institute's Tuition Installment Plan.
The Tuition Installment Plan is managed by Tuition Management Systems of Warwick, RI, and provides a way to pay educational expenses through manageable monthly installments, instead of paying one lump sum. TMS is not a loan. Therefore, no interest is charged. The only cost is an annual non-refundable participation fee of $65 that is payable with the Participation Form. If you wish, the monthly installments can be automatically drafted from your bank checking account or credit card, thereby eliminating the inconvenience of writing a check each month. This is a yearly plan that runs from July through April, it is not available by term. TMS will provide you with an easy-to-use worksheet to assist you in budgeting your educational expenses for the year. For further information, call or write:
