The Campus
The campus includes 15 buildings on 10 acres of landscaped grounds in
Utica, N.Y., conveniently located in the heart of New York’s Cultural
Corridor in the historic Mohawk Valley, between Syracuse and Albany.
Utica is less than one hour from the Adirondack Park, the nation’s
largest state park, and home to the state’s famous “High Peaks” region.
Among the facilities is the Studio Building, which includes seven art
studios and art gallery, and is bordered by an outdoor sculpture court.
Complementing the Studio Building are five architecturally diverse buildings that
have been restored to accommodate our students. Throughout the
campus are exquisite examples of restored historic homes situated around
the internationally renowned Musuem of Art, designed by architectural
legend Philip Johnson and holding one of the world’s most prestigious
art collections.
